-357 BLACK CHLOROPRENE 70D O-RING

The N70357 is an AS568-357 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 5.475 in (139.07 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.895 in (149.73 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Neoprene (Chloroprene) is specified here for inherent flame-retarding characteristics and dependable general-purpose sealing in exposed installations. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, refrigerants and ammonia, and moderate petroleum oil exposure. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or ketones are present.
