-452 BLACK CHLOROPRENE 70D O-RING

The N70452 is an AS568-452 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.025 in (305.44 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Neoprene (Chloroprene) is specified here for balanced combination of oil and weather resistance, good resilience across a moderate temperature band. The material holds up against mild acids, ozone and weathering, and moderate petroleum oil exposure. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to chlorinated solvents or ketones will shorten service life.
