N70469 is an AS568-469 black Neoprene (Chloroprene) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 19.955 in (506.86 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 20.505 in (520.83 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

Neoprene (Chloroprene) is specified here for strong performance in refrigeration circuits, balanced combination of oil and weather resistance. Expect good resistance to ozone and weathering, moderate petroleum oil exposure, and sunlight and salt spray. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 250°F (121.1°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or chlorinated solvents.
