Expect good resistance to water and steam, ketones, and brake fluid. EPDM (EPR) is known for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, good electrical insulating characteristics. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
