E70NSF236 is an AS568-236 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 3.234 in (82.14 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.512 in (89.2 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Expect good resistance to ozone, UV and weathering, ketones, and dilute acids and alkalis. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.
