-410 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

APG stocks the E70410, an AS568-410 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.15 in (80.01 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists water and steam, brake fluid, and dilute acids and alkalis. EPDM (EPR) is valued for good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
