-457 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Ordered as E70457, this is an AS568-457 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 13.975 in (354.97 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 14.525 in (368.94 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to ketones, brake fluid, and water and steam. EPDM (EPR) is known for very good flexibility at low temperature, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
