-013 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Part number E70013 is an AS568-013 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 0.426 in (10.82 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.566 in (14.38 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and brake fluid. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels.
