-022 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Ordered as E70022, this is an AS568-022 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 0.989 in (25.12 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.129 in (28.68 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Expect good resistance to brake fluid, ozone, UV and weathering, and dilute acids and alkalis. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
