-027 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70027 is an AS568-027 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.301 in (33.05 mm), a cross section of 0.07 in (1.78 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.441 in (36.6 mm). This o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The compound resists water and steam, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.
