APG stocks the E1.5X10, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 10 mm (0.394 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 13 mm (0.51 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. The compound resists phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, water and steam, and ketones. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels are present.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across potable water applications, water and steam systems, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
