-104 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

E70104 is an AS568-104 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.112 in (2.84 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.318 in (8.08 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists water and steam, ketones, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. EPDM (EPR) is specified for good electrical insulating characteristics, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons.
