-113 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Ordered as E70113, this is an AS568-113 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.549 in (13.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.755 in (19.18 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for excellent hot water and steam resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. This material stands up to ketones, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and brake fluid. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.
