E2.5X121 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 121 mm (4.764 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 126 mm (4.96 in). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

The compound resists brake fluid, ozone, UV and weathering, and water and steam. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is known for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.
