Part number E2.5X127 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 127 mm (5 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 132 mm (5.2 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) delivers outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels.
