E3X129.5 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 129.5 mm (5.098 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 135.5 mm (5.33 in). In service, this o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Typical settings include solar and roofing assemblies, outdoor equipment, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
