2MM CS X 13MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E2X13 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 13 mm (0.512 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 17 mm (0.67 in). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The compound resists ketones, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants are present.

Common environments for this compound include outdoor equipment, brake and phosphate ester systems, and solar and roofing assemblies.
