This o-ring is supplied in AS568-130 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 1.612 in (40.94 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.818 in (46.18 mm), catalogued under part number E70NSF130. It remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. EPDM (EPR) is valued for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants will shorten service life.
