APG stocks the E1.6X14.1, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 14.1 mm (0.555 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 17.3 mm (0.68 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and brake fluid. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.
