-145 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Part number E70145 is an AS568-145 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.55 in (64.77 mm), a cross section of 0.103 in (2.62 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.756 in (70 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) offers outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. The material holds up against ketones, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in HVAC and refrigeration, water and steam systems, and outdoor equipment.
