2.5MM CS X 19MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

Part number E2.5X19 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 19 mm (0.748 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 24 mm (0.94 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) is specified for good electrical insulating characteristics and very good flexibility at low temperature. The compound resists ketones, brake fluid, and water and steam. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels call for a different compound.

It sees regular use in brake and phosphate ester systems, HVAC and refrigeration, and solar and roofing assemblies.
