E1.5X2 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2 mm (0.079 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 5 mm (0.2 in). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The compound resists water and steam, ketones, and dilute acids and alkalis. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
