Part number E3X20.2 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 20.2 mm (0.795 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 26.2 mm (1.03 in). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for excellent hot water and steam resistance, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The material holds up against dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).
