The E70NSF208 is an AS568-208 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 0.609 in (15.47 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.887 in (22.53 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for good electrical insulating characteristics, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Expect good resistance to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and ketones. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
