2.5MM CS X 21MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

The E2.5X21 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 21 mm (0.827 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 26 mm (1.02 in). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to water and steam, brake fluid, and ozone, UV and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Typical settings include outdoor equipment, solar and roofing assemblies, and potable water applications.
