The E70NSF216 is an AS568-216 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.109 in (28.17 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.387 in (35.23 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) offers very good flexibility at low temperature and good electrical insulating characteristics. This material stands up to ketones, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).
