-223 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Ordered as E70223, this is an AS568-223 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 1.609 in (40.87 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.887 in (47.93 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. EPDM (EPR) is known for good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.
