2MM CS X 23MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

Part number E2X23 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 23 mm (0.906 in), a cross section of 2 mm (0.079 in), and an outside diameter of 27 mm (1.06 in). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Expect good resistance to brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and water and steam. EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Applications involving petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.
