-247 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70247 is an AS568-247 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 4.609 in (117.07 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.887 in (124.13 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for very good flexibility at low temperature and good electrical insulating characteristics. Expect good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and water and steam. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
