-256 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70256 is an AS568-256 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 5.734 in (145.64 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 6.012 in (152.7 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The compound resists ketones, water and steam, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Verify compatibility before use with petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants.
