2.5MM CS X 26MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

APG stocks the E2.5X26, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 26 mm (1.024 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 31 mm (1.22 in). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to ketones, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is valued for good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels are present.

It sees regular use in HVAC and refrigeration, outdoor equipment, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
