-268 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70268 is an AS568-268 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 8.484 in (215.49 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.762 in (222.55 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) offers strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ketones. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Exposure to mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons will shorten service life.
