2.5MM CS X 27MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

This o-ring is supplied in black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A supplied with an inside diameter of 27 mm (1.063 in), a cross section of 2.5 mm (0.098 in), and an outside diameter of 32 mm (1.26 in), catalogued under part number E2.5X27. It compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, brake fluid, and ozone, UV and weathering. EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.

It sees regular use in solar and roofing assemblies, outdoor equipment, and HVAC and refrigeration.
