-270 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

E70270 is an AS568-270 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 8.984 in (228.19 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.262 in (235.25 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

The compound resists ketones, water and steam, and ozone, UV and weathering. EPDM (EPR) is specified for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).
