Ordered as E70271, this is an AS568-271 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 9.234 in (234.54 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.512 in (241.6 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

Expect good resistance to ozone, UV and weathering, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and water and steam. EPDM (EPR) is known for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
