-276 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70276 is an AS568-276 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 10.984 in (278.99 mm), a cross section of 0.139 in (3.53 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.262 in (286.05 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, brake fluid, and dilute acids and alkalis. That behavior comes from the compound itself: EPDM (EPR) is known for good electrical insulating characteristics and very good flexibility at low temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.
