This material stands up to brake fluid, dilute acids and alkalis, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) is known for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.
