3MM CS X 29.2MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

Ordered as E3X29.2, this is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 29.2 mm (1.15 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 35.2 mm (1.39 in). The o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) offers good electrical insulating characteristics, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in water and steam systems, potable water applications, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
