1.5MM CS X 3MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

E1.5X3 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3 mm (0.118 in), a cross section of 1.5 mm (0.059 in), and an outside diameter of 6 mm (0.24 in). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. It resists dilute acids and alkalis, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.

Common environments for this compound include solar and roofing assemblies, water and steam systems, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
