-309 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70309 is an AS568-309 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.412 in (10.46 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 0.832 in (21.13 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for very good flexibility at low temperature, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. It resists brake fluid, ozone, UV and weathering, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels will shorten service life.
