-318 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70318 is an AS568-318 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 0.975 in (24.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.395 in (35.43 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, good electrical insulating characteristics. This material stands up to brake fluid, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, and ozone, UV and weathering. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to petroleum oils and fuels or mineral oil-based lubricants will shorten service life.
