-322 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70322 is an AS568-322 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.225 in (31.12 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.645 in (41.78 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and ketones. EPDM (EPR) offers good electrical insulating characteristics, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, solar and roofing assemblies, and water and steam systems.
