1.6MM CS X 35.1MM ID BLACK EPDM 70D

APG stocks the E1.6X35.1, a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 35.1 mm (1.382 in), a cross section of 1.6 mm (0.063 in), and an outside diameter of 38.3 mm (1.51 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

This material stands up to dilute acids and alkalis, brake fluid, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons.

It sees regular use in outdoor equipment, brake and phosphate ester systems, and solar and roofing assemblies.
