Ordered as E70382, this is an AS568-382 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 12.975 in (329.57 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 13.395 in (340.23 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, excellent hot water and steam resistance. This material stands up to ozone, UV and weathering, water and steam, and ketones. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
