Part number E3X39.2 is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 39.2 mm (1.543 in), a cross section of 3 mm (0.118 in), and an outside diameter of 45.2 mm (1.78 in). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. It resists ozone, UV and weathering, water and steam, and brake fluid. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C).
