-416 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

The E70416 is an AS568-416 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.35 in (85.09 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.9 in (99.06 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) is specified for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. Expect good resistance to dilute acids and alkalis, ozone, UV and weathering, and water and steam. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.
