E70418 is an AS568-418 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.6 in (91.44 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.15 in (105.41 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is known for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. Expect good resistance to brake fluid, ketones, and water and steam. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). Verify compatibility before use with petroleum oils and fuels or aromatic hydrocarbons.
