Ordered as E3.53X42.86, this is a black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 42.86 mm (1.687 in), a cross section of 3.53 mm (0.139 in), and an outside diameter of 49.92 mm (1.97 in). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. It resists ketones, water and steam, and ozone, UV and weathering. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
