-430 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

E70430 is an AS568-430 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 5.1 in (129.54 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 5.65 in (143.51 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

EPDM (EPR) is known for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. This material stands up to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, water and steam, and brake fluid. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, outdoor equipment, and brake and phosphate ester systems.
