-463 BLACK EPDM 70D O-RING

Ordered as E70463, this is an AS568-463 black EPDM (EPR) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.505 in (444.63 mm). The o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to water and steam, dilute acids and alkalis, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. EPDM (EPR) offers excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or petroleum oils and fuels.
